If you wish to reproduce, reprint, perform or copy any part of a JNPAQUET Books Ltd publication, please read the guidelines included within the form before submitting your request. (We cannot process requests over the telephone.)

Note the following:

• Copyright expires at the end of the period 70 years from the end of the calendar year in which the author dies, unless the work has been published posthumously. If the copyright has expired, the original text may be reproduced without permission.

• If your enquiry relates to a title published before 1930, we are extremely unlikely to hold the rights and will be unable to process your request.

• If you are an educational institution and are registered with PLS, you do not need to request our permission to photocopy but need to log any photocopying in the normal way. No permission is needed to reproduce material which is marked photocopiable.
